Our project proposal involves developing a comprehensive BRAND PERSONA BOOK, a complete SOCIAL STRATEGY & EDITORIAL SUITE and a BRAND PITCH DECK. The primary objective of this collaboration is to create a captivating, cohesive, and memorable brand presence that positions 99YARDS as the leading networking platform within the fashion industry.

The deliverables for this project will be based on the agreed scope for our collaboration, here’s what we have in mind:
BRAND PERSONA BOOK︱ £2000
This involves creating a comprehensive guide that defines your brand's persona, positioning, audience, and value proposition. This essential tool will serve as the foundation for all brand activations, ensuring a cohesive brand approach that appreciates over time. It is essential for developing tailored strategies and targeted content while building brand equity. The guide also covers visual style and aesthetics, ensuring consistent representation across all channels, media, and collaborations. 

SOCIAL STRATEGY & EDITORIAL SUITE︱ £5000
Our social editorial suite provides a complete social media strategy, content direction, and design for key social platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This package covers key content pillars, types, and styles to captivate your audience and drive engagement. It ensures your brand maintains a dynamic and engaging social presence that attracts and converts your ideal audience. The suite includes a social content guide and ready-to-use content templates for grid posts, stories, reels, and other content types native to each platform.



BRAND PITCH DECK︱ £500
This presentation is designed to effectively communicate and sell your brand's vision, mission, and value proposition. It’s made to engage and persuade brand collaborators, PR teams, and potential investors. Our goal is to ensure your brand story is conveyed with clarity and impact in every collaboration you undertake, supporting your efforts to secure deals, increase awareness, and enhance brand perception. The deck is provided in both final form and as a live design file, allowing you to adapt it to meet various needs.

Timeline
The project will kick off with an onboarding call to gain a clear understanding of your vision. We will then take a few days to conceptualise and create a vision board that defines the new brand trajectory. Once approved, a detailed project timeline will be shared, complete with key check-in and feedback calls to ensure alignment at every stage.



Additional costs
There are no additional costs beyond those outlined in this proposal. Potential expenses may include font licenses and design tools, however we can discuss your preferences for font licensing and design tools on call.
